Logbook

The flight-lessons business, off the whiteboard.

A private flight school was running on paper calendars and group texts. We built the system that runs it instead: scheduling for aircraft, instructors and students; digital logbooks and endorsements; flight hours, billing and progress tracked from a student's first lesson all the way to their checkride.

King's Gambit

A collectible card game that lives in the browser.

A full collectible card game, built for the web: a deck-builder, a rules engine that enforces every interaction, and real-time matches that play out card-for-card between two players anywhere. From mana curves to mulligans, the whole game runs in the browser — no download, no table required.

Tempo

One system to run the whole firm.

An engineering firm was running on a tangle of spreadsheets, shared drives and accounting software that didn't talk to each other. Tempo replaced all of it: accounting and invoicing, document control with full revision history, and employee time tracking — one system, one source of truth, built around how the firm actually works.
